We had a GREAT experience with this property and cannot wait to return. Immediately upon arrival we were greeting with bottles of water, check-in was simple and informative, Juan was awesome! The resort was clean and there is PLENTY to do. Our townhome was glorious!! Super clean, looked newly renovated, and gave us all the space we needed. Sadly, we had to leave early due to Hurricane Milton but the staff was super accommodating in this process. We look forward to our next stay!!

We really enjoyed our time here. It's very clean and the unit we had was very modern and updated. The pools are nice. The staff was mostly fine but they get a little irritated when you ask them to open the pool after a storm. The game room is a bonus, albeit expensive bonus. There is putt putt and some other things to do but we didn't try them as it was 10 degrees hotter real feel at least than expected lol. Would definitely go back.

We had a wonderful stay. It was right after the hurricane so it was very quiet there. The cleaning staff is amazing. Had a blast with Nelly and Morgan. They were awesome. Probably will return next year.

it had a small patio, which was nice. we made friends with our neighbors there. very big place compared to other places I've been. the couch moves out into a bed, master bedroom is very nice upstairs. and the other bedroom upstairs was very nice and cozy. the bathrooms had kind of an odd layout, but you get used to it. now I'm home and want to go back. the pictures I added are the views outside when you're on the balcony. it's very pretty to me.

Its our second stay and we loved it once again!! Amazing apartment, complete amenities, staff super helpful. The cleaning crew were amazing, ready to help us when we needed!! Its a little bit far from dowtown Orlando, but ita close to Disney park. The kids love the pool and slides. Perfect for the off days!! We surelly will come back!!

I will say it was a nice experience. We met two really nice people that were very welcoming. Started with Shane he was a worker driving the golf cart around. Gave us a ride to our room when we got lost coming back from pool. Also there was Geon (I know I’m butchering his name) the bar tender at the bar/restaurant by the pool. Those two guys were very nice, professional and funny! They didn’t ack like it was just another day of work but like they were there to help us enjoy our vacation! Great customer service. I also need to give credit to house keeping! We rented two joining rooms three bedrooms and three baths two kitchen and two living spaces. Both were very clean and the little detail they left was great. I’m only giving this review a 4 because the experience at the bar/restaurant. I’m assuming the guy in charge I didn’t get his name. Due to his conduct I should be leaving less but I can not because of the other people I mentioned deserve better. The “boss” of that area came out not really yelling but talking loud enough to catch all of our attention to his employees. Just so disrespectful. I have never had anyone higher than me in a place of employment talk to me like that. If I would have I would have walked out. It embarrassed me and I wasn’t the one he was talking to. Not sure how you run business but drilling the cook that works in the back in front of customers is not it. Management training would be a plus!

The managers and staff in the lobby are very nice and helpful. Great value for the price, the updated rooms are the way to go. I like the location cause it's away from all the craziness of Orlando, it's also near a back road that takes you straight to Disney property. Food and drinks at the main pool was very good, can't wait to see the rest of the changes Hitlon does. It's off to a great start for sure!
