They are a joke! They continued to give my daughter the runaround and lied about an overnight package that took 6 days. Overnight is one, the most two days. We are 5 weeks later and still giving us the runaround about the reimbursement, it's not the money. It's the professionalism and the customer service that they all provide in the Katy office. It's pathetic... My daughter was given a message that I am no longer a patient of that office! BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAA!!!! Hilarious!!!!

We went for the Wellness, they did not explain the $150 extra for the testing plus the $50 copay which I understand that but not the extra $150. So they give you half a$$ info. Please be careful when you go and ask questions before you pay! THEY DO NOT EXPLAIN! Front desk told me she didn't know what the $150 was for.

I have seen Dr. Gajula for years and always thought her to be kind and passionate. She recently hired a new PA who ordered all kinds of unnecessary tests which led to a possible health scare . Her bedside manner is a 0 , she has know sympathy or compassion for the patient . All she wanted to do was order more test . I will not be returning !

I have been trying to get an itemized receipt for a month. I asked the front desk receptionist and with an attitude, she tells me she cannot print it and I need to call the billing department. When i call billing, I submit my informationa and it hangs up on me. Annoyed to say the least.
There are SEVERAL HIPAA violations everywhere. The lady at the front desk is very unorganized and everything is right there. You can see patients names, phone numbers and what they are here for. I was once put into a room and waiting for the doctor, where another persons chart was open and let unattended. Ad let's talk about that tech room where you get an ultrasound. It's a storage room. There is so much clutter, how can you even see patients in there. It's DEFINITELY a hazard and the table wobbles. Thays not safe. I think Osha needs to come and check this room out.
One last thing, this place has been a money pit for me. I already don't have it and they proceed to test after teast after test. You come in with one problem, pay your copay, come back for a test or 2. I got scheduled for 2 test in 1 day and was charged 2 copay because they are different appointments. Then when the results come in, they don't tell you, they write on the results in your chart to call them. There is a total lack of communication. I have been back and forth from here weekly for over a month and i still dont know whats wrong with me. There are no answers. Only more testing and more copays. Dr. Gajula has really let things slip. This office is not as prestigious as it once was.

I love coming here. My mom was initially a patient and they were so great with her that I am now a patient here too. They really take their time with you and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients with getting to the root of your concerns. The customer service is always great and Melissa has always been so pleasant every time I check in. Martha is the manager, she is always helpful and hands on as well to ensure your experience is a good one. Monica is my nurse practitioner there and was very thorough with asking lots of questions regarding the issues I have been having. I felt very comfortable and happy with her. Overall a great doctors office for yourself and somewhere you would want your loved ones to be cared for.

I told that I will see by DR Leka, but when I received the text saying that I see by Pei W Lu. I am trying to called to cancel my appointment many times but no one answered or returned my phone calls. After I am done with my appointment they said they will call me next day. But they never do it. All the office wants is money. People You will waste time and your money.

100% recommend! I requested an appointment through the website late Monday afternoon (after hours) they called me early Tuesday to schedule me for Wednesday!!! Are you kidding me?!? This is phenomenal! I did see a PA, but I am 100% okay with this...doctors choose PA's to work with them that they help train and trust share the same values and continuity of care as themselves.
Her PA spoke with me in length regarding my history and was very thorough in her exam and had me scheduled for the tests I needed within the week! Her office staff were very kind and helpful as well, they explained the processes for each test and when I would hear from the doctor regarding results.
